You can save valuable vacation time if you can fly into Cozumel rather than landing in Cancun and taking the land/ferry transfer. Great resorts, laid back and quiet with some of the best snorkeling and scuba in the Caribbean. At some resorts teens might get bored in the evenings as there is less to do for them than on the mainland mega resorts.
I like Mexico I went their and had a wonderful time it is way better then Puerto Rico I have nothing good to say about Puerto Rico except that it is a waste of money in my opinion.

Cozumel is the greatest place to visit. The pure, aqua water, the beautiful beaches, the fish-filled water, the Mayan Ruins, the friendly people…. I want to be there, now.
