Do alot of people take spring break in Cozumel?

We’re planning a vacation the first week and March. We want to go to Cozumel but are not that excited about there being a ton of partying college kids. Do a lot of people go there for spring break?
No, that’s not even a place. Ok, in all seriousness, that’s not a popular spring break location so you should be fine
