I love spanish and im really good at it for someone who’s only been taking it a few years. I want to talk to other teenagers or young kids from spanish speaking countries online without giving too much of my information out on the web.

Did you go to the bottom of this page and click on the FLAG for Spain?

    http://www.sharedtalk.com
They do require you to input where you are from, what languages you are currently studying, and some other personal information. But as with any other website, you may choose to make up a name and birthday.

They give you the option to show whether you will be accepting e-mails or chat requests. (Sharedtalk has a built in e-mail system so you don’t have to share your own e-mail) The web moderators will not allow you to show other messengers such as MSN, Yahoo, Skype, AIM as a bit of protection. Also, you have the option of writing a profile but may choose to hide it if you wish.

While chatting through text, you may participate in public rooms grouped by language, or request to chat with another member of the website. If someone requests to chat with you, you can also block them.

As for talking with other people. They have voice-chats as well as text-chats. You can also search for language-exchange partners with a search function by inputting the language you are learning and the language that you can teach.
