Is there a Spanish language school in the state of Arizona or the state of Sonora?

I’m going to be going to a cooking school in Arizona. What I want to know is, is there a Spanish language school in Arizona (the cooking school is in Scottsdale) or in the state of Sonora or one of the states that border Arizona to the south? Spanish is 1 of the 2 official languages in Arizona. I’d really like to go to one in Sonora or one of the states to its west (which would be Baja California), east, or south, make an adventure of this.
Sonora is in Mexico so they do not need a spanish language school. Spanish is their language.
I live in Phoenix Arizona and if you want to learn Spanish there are many ways to do so in Arizona.
There are no states that border Arizona to the south unless you are referring to Mexican states.
The official language of Arizona is English. Because we are close to the Mexican border there are many people here who speak Spanish. It is not an official language though.
This is completely unrelated to your question but I was reading your profile info (not the first time, but for some reason i keep forgetting to mention) I would love to read some of your writing one of these days =)
