Nachi Cocom Beach Club, Cozumel Mexico

Nachi Cocum was by far the best day of our vacation. We booked this resort at $49 per person (thru cozumelcruiseexcursions.com) After a $15 taxi ride, we arrived at Nachi and were greeted by a warm and friendly smile. We were immediately whisked away to our lounge chairs under a palapa and our drink orders were taken. Nachi is everything you imagine a Caribbean beach should be: gorgeous white sand, crystal-clear blue water, hammocks swinging in the shade of palm trees, a warm and clean pool and Jacuzzi with a swim-up bar…it is quite simply paradise. Our server, Manuel, was extremely attentive and accommodating. I lost count of the number of Margaritas and Rum Runners he brought us that day, but let’s just say we definitely got our money’s worth. Also included in the $49/person price is the food. You can order up to three items from their menu, per person, but my hubby and I could only manage to eat three items between the two of us. After chowing down on nachos, fajitas (which were extremely delicious) and quesadillas, there was simply no room for any more food. I regret not ordering the tortilla soup, but I literally could not eat another bite. After roughly four and a half hours, we had to force ourselves to leave. We would have preferred to establish permanent residence, but eventually out family would have tracked us down. So, we tipped Manuel $20 for his service, ordered two drinks to go, and found a taxi cab waiting to take us back to the pier.
Cozumel is lovely.

Thats very interesting. Looks like a nice place! Great video! 5/5
Just made our reservations for Nachi today! Cannot wait! Great video!
I’m there! Heard of it but never knew anything about it. Keep ending up in COZ, seen a lot but never knew much about this place. AND, @ $49pp you can’t beat this, even if they add a fuel surcharge like everyone else!!
What Carnival Cruise Lines’ Ships have you been on, sue35173?
I hope you enjoy your day on the beach in COZ.
The music is a wave file called “Feelin’ Lazy”. It’s a very small file and plays in a loop for the length of the slideshow. I’ll be glad to send it to you if you want to send me your email addr.
May 2008??? Wow! We are headed to Playa 3-10 of May. We’re gonna stop here for sure. I forgot to ask; What music is that on the vid? Its nice and relaxing. I read some place on the web that you can pay a $15 entrance to use the beach here if you don’t want the all inclusive plan. We usually rent scooters on COZ.
Thanks for commenting.. which cruise lines were you on? All of our cruises have been on Carnival Cruise lines. We have done 14 so far and have the 15th scheduled for May 2008.
hi,I used to work on cruiseships and went to Cozumel almost every week. This island was my fav. all around the caribbean.Every time when I got off the ship, went to Nachi Cocom beach,’cause it’s nice, quiet and clean!Had fun there,I’d recomend for everyone!
Thank you!! We are looking forward to a visit in May.
You have to make reservations here because they will only take a certain number per day but that shouldn’t be a problem. The day we were there was a slow day so I’m sure they would have willing to let you in for the admission of $49 per person.
It’s certainly a beautiful place to spend the day. Check out the “About The Video” above for more information.
Wondering if this is a beach you can visit for the day. We go to Playa and usually hit Coz once or twice. I have not been overly impressed with Paradise Beach. Its nice but the water here looks much more clear.
We’ve been there twice and absolutely LOVED it. It’s kind of like Cozumel’s best kept secret….shhhh, don’t tell anyone:) Thanks for posting…now I want to go back!
