Cozumel Real Estate sees Benefit of Increased Cruise Activity in late July and August

The final week of July and agugust is seeing increased cruise activity for Cozumel real estate.  Cozumel’s economy is based mostly in cruise tourism.  While the swine flu travel advisory brought a complete halt to cruise activity in Cozumel, the number of arrivals has been increasing steadily since that time.

My friend and I are thinking about going to Cozumel in August? I am nervous about hurricanes. Has anyone been in August before? Am I overreacting? It looks beautiful but am very nervous since it’s hurricane season. Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
